The Osmonds return to Las Vegas this weekend, confirming what we've known for decades: They are the Energizer Bunnies of entertainment.
Like the drum-pounding, iconic pink rabbit, they just keep going and going. |
Four years ago they were at the Orleans to film the family's 50th anniversary celebration.
The beat goes on.
Over the winter they will be preparing for their most ambitious British tour, a total of fifty dates between March 9 to May 6, which barely gives them a chance to catch their collective breaths and rest their vocal chords.
"The U.K. has been a strong market for us," said Jimmy Osmond, the youngest of nine siblngs. He turns 49 mid-tour.
They've sold 80,000 tickets, he said. The brothers have been doing 200 shows a year "for as long as I can remember," said Osmond, who was 8 years old when he topped the U.K. singles charts with "Long Haired Lover From Liverpool."
