Justin Osmond, the son of Merill Osmond, was born with severe hearing loss. He never let being deaf slow him down, though. He completed 12 years of speech therapy, and now, he can speak clearly. He learned to play the violin, piano, and drums. He also excelled in school receiving honorary achievements and academic scholarships. He was honored with several athletic titles as well.

On top of all of that, he is currently the public relations, board member, and spokesperson for the Starkey Hearing Foundation, which is the largest program in providing hearing help to children worldwide. He travels around the world to help any child he can. Osmond also started the Olive Osmond Perpetual Hearing Fund to assist with better hearing to all men, women and children worldwide.

For a more detailed account of Justin's inspirational life, you can check out his book, "Hearing with my Heart." The book shares Justin's story overcoming his own hearing struggles and gives advice of how others can too. You can also visit his website for all the information about his hearing funds and book visits.
